She has successfully coached at Open, U17 and U13 levels at Rep Netball. Along with Richmond's passionate team of coaches, she wants to provide the best opportunities and pathways available to those interested in furthering their netball careers and to support others who are passionate about the game and want to stay involved. Fance has recently gained her Advanced Coaching accrediation.

She moved to Melbourne to attend University 4 years ago and was provided with an opportunity to coach at rep level at Richmond and has continued to do so for the past two years. Caitlyn enjoys coaching and finds it to be a rewarding experience. She is stil playing competitive netball at the State Netball & Hockey Cantre but will continue to focus her efforts on enhacing her coaching and umpirng skills.

Suzanne Petterson

Suzanne commenced her Association with RNA about 15 years ago when she commenced coaching her eldest daughters 11&U Saturday team. She went on to coaching the 13U Rep Team through to the 17U team which made it through to the 17U Section 1 Grand Final at the State Netball & Hockey Centre. The team lost the GF by one goal ater the siren. As a parent of children that have played 'rep' level sport, Suzanne has a good understanding of the demands and joys of sport at this level. She looks forward to helping her team to grow as individuals but more importantly, as part of a team, working and growing together. Suzanne is a former Doncaster East State League player who fondly remembers playing centre against Norma Plummer, who went on to play and coach for Australia.

Anna is in her second year at University, completing a Bachelor of Professional Communications and is looking forward to coaching again this year.

Monique French

Monique has been coaching both school and club teams for over 10 years and is delighted to be given the opportunity to coach at rep level. Competitive netball is not new to Monique as this is the same level where her netball career began. Currently she is playing her fourth season with the Peninsula Waves championship team. Playing in the VNL competition has furthered her love for the sport , and her goal is to use her own passion and playing experience to assist in the development of the 13U squad members. Monique will also be working through the final year of her Bachelor degree in Health and Physical Education, making 2017 a busy but exciting year for her.
